i got this massage when I open the browser "the protocol specified is not supported by the handheld. Please try a different URL"
Plz help me

Btw I have the bold 9700

It sounds like your homepage is set to a page the browser can not display.

what exactly is the URL?

did you try typing the URL in manually?
