Default Verizon 9650BB Deleting messages before read

Please Login to Remove!

I have a fairly new Blackberry 9630 I have a yahoo email address setup on here that is working fine, and connect to my work email through a BES server. All was working fine until yesterday around 4:00 PM when my emails that come from my work email via BES started deleting them selves on my BB for no reason. I know that new mail is there because the red light is flashing and if I don't check fast it will be gone. I checked the memory and that looked fine. Also updated the devise software to 5.0.0.732 today but the problem still exists. When I did the update I removed all the unused languages which should have freed up even more memory. Has anyone else had this problem? can anyone help?

Let me know what I need to do. I plan to call Blackberry tomorrow if I can't figure something out. Was hoping to find out before then because that is never a fun call.

Thanks,

You need to contact your BES Admin before attempting to contact BB. And then if your BES Admin can't fix it they can contact ATT (assuming it's a device issue and not a BES issue)....if they can't fix, then they can escalate to RIM. You can't get support directly from BB without paying for it unless your carrier escalates your case to them.

That being said, do you have rules in Outlook (assuming MS Exchange setup) that move email to another folder? This might cause them to be removed from your device.

This is a BES issue. You need to work it out with your BES administrator.

I am the BES admin Sorry should have mentioned that. I checked with my other users and none are having this trouble just this one device. I also checked with the other to BB users on Verizon to see if they had had similar issue but neither had. I've restarted the BES server and made sure all was running well there. Other users are fine only effecting 1 device.

Are you a Domain Administrator as well?

Well, that's the problem.
A Domain Admin (or any member of a protected AD group) can't be a BES user.
You need to remove all of your elevated permissions and then reapply the Send As permissions on your mailbox.

Might be prudent to mention that as well, don't you think?
