Please help if you can:
I've just purchased a used 8120 and am trying to replace the housing. All seemed to go fine except the keyboard will not make contact with the phone's internal key buttons. Upon investigation, the old phone's keyboard sits lower than the new keyboard. Has anyone seen this?

Make sure u got the correct housing for the 8120, and not the 8100 or 8130

The housing is made to fit 8110, 8120, & 8130. It is not a housing for an 8100. Do you have any other ideas?
