Hi, I have user who enters "notes" on his address book on his BB, and it shows up in groupwise. When he does the opposite, it does not appear on the BB. Is there a setting i'm missing?



We're a Novell Groupwise shop, running a BES 4.1.6.23

In GW right click on the user in Address Book and go to Details, then choose the Comments tab (aka Notes). Enter there. If you are running GW in OAPI mode it can take up to 4 hours to populate to the device. If you are running SOAP it should come down in a minute or two (or less).
