Hi all, i'm real new here. I have a BB 8900 curve which was until recently my company owed BB. They have now replace it with a new one and don't want the old one back. I have put a PAYG sim in and can make calls on O2, but it will not connect to internet or email. Any suggestions ??

You need a BLACKBERRY BOLT ON from O2; only available on contract, or simplicity sim only plans.

And you should also make sure the IT Policy is removed if the device was on BES. Read the FAQ for the how to.

Help required again !!
First things first, why cannot i find a button / link /menu option that allows me to start a new thread or new post ?? I really like the forum, but find it frustrating that I cannot ask a question in a new thread !! I know its me but please help !!

Secondly, my BB recieves emails from my yahoo account, all works well, but when I try to send from BB it tells me "No Message Service Configured" and can only save to draft. Which is out of sync, my BB or my O2 account ??

PS. Used the JL Cmd program from FAQ's to remove IT Policy, worked very well. Again many thanks for the great advice.

Have you tried a battery pull yet?

The "New Thread" button is top left once you are inside a forum.
