I seem to have a problem with these features.

I do like you're supposed to and highlight an icon, and then hit the BB button, and then I scroll to clear downloads, and select it.... But nothing happens... i tried to reset it after, and still nothing. Everything still shows up.

Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone found out how to fix this to get it to work?
