Good evening, I have changed from a BB 8820 to a new BB 8520.
I have failed to apply notifiers to any of my messages. I did it on the 8820 without any trouble. Can someone please help. Kind regards. Ken.
A bit more information is needed. By notifiers you mean calendar reminders or appointments?
If you still have both units. Do a backup with the 8820 but make sure you select calendar also. then try a restore to the 8520 . you can selectivly just restore the calendar.
IF you do not have the older unit or a backup then you must input all the reminders. if you only have a backup then try a calendar restoral to the new BB. Just hope you did backup the calendar.
Hi, thank you for the reply. I am sorry I should have been clearer about this. I do not have access to my old BB 8820. What I should have said was that I use 3 Email accounts with Outlook and also
SMS, I always had different tunes for each of these - notifiers. On the 8520 I cannot find Email Settings, I think that is where I set them up? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Ken.
