I often use the little call note function to take critical info down if i am not sitting at my desk and i get a call. The phone freezes .. then i get some sort of "unexpected error" message and after than the little tool bar at the bottom of the phone shows up in the middle of the screen, everything below it is white, so i can not see text messages emails or other voice notes. The only way to make it go away is to do a battery pull. Happens constantly.

I am really trying to work with this thing but stuff like this is impossible on a busy day. Anyone seen this little bug or know if there is a fix for it?

I have 3 blackberries.. 2 curves on Verizon but my company uses AT&T and clearly i have the 9800. I could not figure out how to list them all on the profile. v6 0 0 141.

I want to like this thing because I think it has some nice features but i have to get it to be reliable.. Also I cant figure out how to get the back off for a battery pull. Someone slid it off for me the last time but I have been wrestling with it for a half hour.

just do the alt, shift, del reset. It works as well, the back can be really tricky

press teh bb logo on back down and slide it off
