Unhappy HELP! I cannot adjust my Storm2's volume anymore!!

Please Login to Remove!
I used to be able to adjust the volume through the sounds icon on the home screen but it is gone. The two buttons on the side of the phone now do nothing when pressed. Please help as I can no longer adjust the master volume nor silence it!
