my bb trackpad looks like its "pushed into" the phone, it looks level to the surface of the phone, not slightly outwards like it should be. the trackpad responds to side to side, up and down movement, but wont respond to clicking in. The pad isnt stuck or anything, im wondering if im missing a piece to the trackpad?

you can try to open it and repair it bye put the trackpat to the right place

i already tried that, took it out and put it back and still looks like its inside the phone slightly

I also have the 8520 and mine seems to have sunk in further than when I bought it. That was only eight days ago. It still functions properly though. Makes me wonder what it'll do after a few months of use.

Same thing happened to mine, but it's still working almost 12 months later.
