Default BES 4.2 & Groupwise - Group Sync?

Please Login to Remove!

We're running BES 4.2 and GW 7 (plans to upgrade to 8 later this year). We have a situation where it would be a VERY good idea to be able to have groups sync from the Groupwise Address Book (either in the personal address book, or frequent contacts) to the Blackberry. Devices are mostly Storms, running on the 5.0 software. Is this possible now? Would it be possible with BES 5.0 (if it will be available in GW verson)? Testing so far hasn't yielded any success, but we may also not have given it quite enough time to reconcile the address books.

Welcome to the forums.

No, only individual contacts sync.

I have been looking into a way to sync/backup contact groups for years now;

With no feasible easy solution!

Why is it such a problem?

Hope some eady solution - like from Google Sync will arrive...
