My storm2 9520 recently stopped voice commands on activation I get a screen "scanning contacts" gets to 4% then cuts to home screen this all started when I accepted a vcf file which cannot be removed or edited another problem, I can't live without my voice commands dot driving (my job) HELP PLEASE anyone

Go to the 9500 Section. You posted there yesterday. Follow the instructions on how to reload the Handheld Operating System. Back up your data first using Desktop Manager's Backup function.
