Hello, recently i've had problems with my texting and bbm. Im having issues sending and recieving them. I will often get the symbol showing that the message is trying to send but not getting through. With bbm sometimes it will show the check mark but no "d" or "r". I did recently update to OS6 and since then the problems seem even worse.... Can someone please help me...Thanks

SMS is generally a phone issue and BBM is a BB data plan issue.

Have tried a battery pull?

Have you resent service books?

Hi there, when i use a PC i get the following message, "Your account is not accesible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access Blackberry Internet Service"
And when i try using my blackberry it also does not work....?
