Default HTML Emails on 9800

Please Login to Remove!

Dear all i have major problem with one of our customer he got it blackberry torch 9800 from us now when he is receiving HTML mails he can't read and when he click on the link also can't open it so from where is the problem and he is using Saudi Telecom Service (STC) so please i need your urgent assistant.

In the email program, go to Options,
Email Preferences
Make sure the box "Enable HTML Email" is ticked.

Let me know if it resolves your issue.

first of all i tray the same even it is not showing there the option for enable HTML Email please can you tray to fix out as i have other problem also that the Facebook and twitter is closed it is not working also so when i can call the operator blackberry service they are saying the program still did not get any update and this is closed by STC so may be it is the same issue and did there is any problem with BES software so what i will do now.
