Hello,

Done a new install of Bes with Exchange 2010. The install completed. However when you go to the page for the BAS it says error 404 page can not be displayed.

So I checked the services and 3 services are not running.

Blackberry Monitoring Services:
- Application Core
- Data Collection Subsystem
- Polling Engine

When trying to start these I get the following error.

"The Blackberry monitoring Service - Application Core service on Local Computer started then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs"

I have tried restarting the server, logging on as admin and still I can't get the services running.

There is also a BES 4.1.1 running perfectly on the same network.

Any clues?

Ignore monitoring for now, is BAS running?

anything in teh BAS AS logs or event viewer?

Something else installed on this machine is using the HTTPS port.
Check IIS.

Ah ha you are correct - All working fine now. Exchange was using the same port so I changed it to 3443 and it works! Thank you so much for your help.
