is anyone can help to solve my problem on my bb curve 8320...
platfrom 2.5.0.40
OS 4.2.2.184


my problem are... :
- cant download appworld to my device....
- cant detect my memory card...
- cant accept file from other device using bluetooth
- cant show my picture or other picture at BBM
- hardly to using wifi at hotspot...

please help to solve that problem... ^^

Sounds like possibly two different issues.

1 - Do you have BlackBerry data service? Not regular mobile data, but the service specifically for BlackBerry?

2 - Is the handset on a BES, or was it ever on a BES? That is, is the device connected on your employers enterprise server, perhaps? Or did you acquire the device second hand (used), and thus it may have been used on an enterprise server in the past?
