We went from BES 4.6 to BES Express 5.x. On BES 4.6 when i performed a lookup on the phone I only needed 1 letter, now with BES Express i need at least 2 letters to perform the lookup. Is this expected behavour or is there a setting somewhere that i can change to allow for lookups with only one letter? Thanks
