Must have pressed something on my bold 9000 last night activating the password protected lock screen and now can't get rid of that.

Anyone has an idea of how I can get rid of that?
Tried through the password, however "Enabled" is not clickable.

Would appreciate any help.

Sounds like you have an IT Policy on your device.

If you are not on a BES, search for "remove IT Policy" and you will find instructions.

Thanks for the information MM...just confirmed it is an IT policy that has just been put in effect.
