Why not call VodaPhone?

Have you tried a battery pull? 1st step to take if device is having problems? - BlackBerryFAQ

And maybe this will help - found using SEARCH: http://www.blackberryforums.com/blac...ect-my-bb.html

And please do not use "text speak" when you post. A little capitalization goes a long way in making your posts readable and understandable.

i can not call them as i now have no phone!
i have tried the faq's so i am now in the process of re installing the software to my laptop.
as for the text speak... i only used bb meaning blackberry and everyone knows that. unlike half of the comments i have found on other forums which i have no idea what it is.

Please use some capitalization! Capital letters to begin the sentence. Makes things much easier to read. Maybe the Queen's English isn't written that way, but here in the US we do.
