ive been having this problem for couple of weeks
im not sure what the problem seems to be but the back up would not complete
it will stop at backing up smart card 1 of 1
anybody able to help me with the problem

Do you use a smart card with a bluetooth sled to digitally sign and encrypt your e-mails? If not, then do an advanced backup and don't back up those options.

Hey, connect to the Desktop Software > Device > Delete Data.
scroll to the Smart Card data and the Social Feeds data and DELETE them both.

Then, go back and commence a normal backup and it will proceed.

i had the same problem after upgrade the bb is was gone.
