Hello everyone

It's my son's Blackberry Cruve 9300 it just hangs on the start up then reboots just repeats this over and over.

I have used BBSAK to wipe it took ages because it couldn't find my phone eventually did it, got the error 507 message, then used Application Loader going throught programs, common files, etc (I deleted the vendor file) whilst install the Os it kept saying it couldn't find the phone, I keep clicking retry eventually it did it with a message "The following modules could not be loaded because their digital signals are invalid

The phone is still just stuck on the boot up screen

I have been on this mission all day and I feel like screaming lol

My computer recognises the blackberry in device manager

Blackberry desktop software can't connect to the phone

I am using USB slot in back of the computer, checked battery for phone, used a different cable

Please hope somebody can help, I've a teenager who's life has ended with no phone at the mo

So it sounds like you tried most things. If it's not a hardware issue then maybe this will help.

Insure the BB can be detected by the PC in the USB port. If not try a different port.
Make sure the BB OS is for your model and is installed on the PC in the default location.
Insure the Desktop Manager is working and loads.
Plug in the BB to an AC source while working.
Perform a wipe if you can. ( password tries more than 10)
check to see if the BB will load.

Error 507 indicates there are no applications on the phone.
This link offers some additional info. Keep in mind this all assumes no hardware problems.
If the BB was dropped or subject to ANY moisture, wierd things can happen as with any smartphone.

Thanks for getting back to me, can I ask whats the default location for the BB OS? also then if my son dropped it it could be doing this?? and would that mean its unfixable

It's very possible that dropping the phone could cause the problems you're experiencing.
