When I delete my e-mail on my z-10 I don't get them on my computer using outlook?

In Outlook set up, under Advanced settings, do you have Leave Mail observer checked?

Do you have the email account set up on the BB as IMAP or POP?

E-mail account is pop3 and in advanced setting I have leave message on server for 14 days.
