You have to have the web browser to view images. Go here https://webclient.blackberry.net/Web...sp?site=nextel

Set up an e-mail account (secondary if you already have one) then go into the options and click where it says to send the browser service book.

Once you login, the option to send service books is under "Profile". Most, if not all of what you will see using NOL will be text, as it is a WAP browser and images are cut out to increase browser speed. To view html sites, you would need either BES or Reqwireless Webviewer.

If you are running BES 4.0 with os4.0 on the handheld, then you should have a RIM/Nextel html browser on your device. This browser will allow you to see regular html web pages as well as save images off the web pages.
