Default Whatever the format for Blackberry's ringtones...

is there any way to NOT convert mp3 to that format (midi??) BUT to basically enable it to play mp3?

I guess not.

And what is ADP??

Instructions to get them working on your Blackberry 8700.

Visit freeblackberrywallpapers.com from your Blackberry Internet Browser, select the mp3 ringtones URL. And click on a mp3 file.

MP3 file will begin downloading; Once it's completed the media player will automatically start playing it.

Use the jog wheel, scroll to the right most icon in the media player & click the jog wheel & Select 'Save'

Click the silver button on the left side of your Blackberry (This should take you to the Blackberry 'Profiles')

If you want to listen to your ringtone/mp3's, click the jog wheel & select "Show Tunes". Find your audio file, click the jog wheel and select Play.

To set them a ringtone, you must be in the 'Profiles' Screen (Click the Silver Button on left side of Blackberry).

Click Jog Wheel on the profile you want to edit.

Scroll to "Phone" & change the item under "Tune". (From this menu you can change how it rings, number of vibration, etc..)

You can also select custom ringtones for different people, from the profiles screen select 'New Exception'

so a midi won't play on the 7105t, right? only polyphonic. And when you click those links above, the QT box opens up to play but it does not say how to download and to where

You can lower the volume for the blackberry browser, just go to Profiles/Loud(on) wheel to edit, then you will see at the top of the list Browser, wheel to edit again and then you can ajust your volumes from there just like the phone setting.

how about some more opie and anthony ring tones from the show.
