Sounds like your working for a bunch of tightwads. A law firm that can't afford to buy their employees Blackerries - it boggles the mind!
Secondly, they want you to have a Blackberry so they can get a hold of you 24/7 and grind as much work out of you as possible! If you want a Blackberry, my advice is buy you own and don't give these cheapskates the number.
