Default GMail and BB

Please Login to Remove!

I have a T-Mobile 7290. I use my school email, Apple's .mac email and they both work perfect with BIS. When I send mail, they put the sent email into my sent box in the email account so if I need to find it, I can. This is not true for GMail. What do you suggest I do? Help me about this GMail problem. I want any message I send from my BB to be placed into my Sent box of my GMail account. Is this possible? If so, how? Thanks for the help.

It is my understanding that this is not supported currently by GMail, so you will have to wait until that function becomes fully supported.

I have the POP feature enabled. I agree with the user that stated that GMail might not support BB yet. I think this might just be the case.

Wirelessly posted (8700c: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Gmail is not set up yet. See the details at my tips site Gmail/Yahoo page. I suspect to compete with Yahoo they will catch up.

Correct.

Gmail is not IMAP capable yet. That's what is required by the BIS to deliver Sent/Trash messages on the BB to the remote mail server account.
