I have a guy who recieve an email on his BlackBerry everytime he sends an email thru Outlook. Where in the options is it to turn that off?

Go into Messages on the BB; click the wheel and select Options
Select EMail Settings; click the wheel
Click the wheel again and select "Folder Redirection"
Expand the "Mailbox" and remove the check mark next to Sent Items

That should do it.

I have a related problem with my 7250 (Verizon). I want to be able to see on the Blackberry emails that I have sent from my desktop (Lotus Notes 6.5). The only sent email I see on Blackberry are the one sent from it - I want to see both email sent from it and my desktop.
