Default 8700c freezing up!

Please Login to Remove!

We run Enterprise server with Cingular service. My 8700 gives me error code 33 then locks up. I have to remove the battery to get it to reboot and start working again. This is the second 8700c that is doing this, i have deleted and recreated my user on the enterprise server and still no luck. I have also installed the latest handheld software from cingular bb downloads. We have a service plan with bb and they can get it work for a few days with no error code but it always comes back. Anybody got an advice?

Have you tried to update the firmware? It sounds like a software issue on the unit.
