If it looks like its working, when I make a call or a call comes in, the audio still comes out of the 7100 not out of the Bluetooth unit, even though the Bluetooth unit thinks its handling the call.
If it all works at all the audio quality is horrible.
The Bluetooth device is a Nokia 616 car kit. I've tried it with other non-nokia phones and it works fine. It works best with Nokia phones of course cos then it supports remote-SIM mode, but it would be too much to ask for a BB (or any other make I guess) to support that.
I need to replace my BB as its physically worn out, but is the 7130 any better in this respect?
Thanks.
Andy.

7130e + Plantronics 510 = fantastic pair. Never get disconnect. There are others I've tried - the only one I'd emphatically say to avoid is the Jabra JX10. It's an overpriced, overmarketed POC. Unless you like to sound like something from Star Wars
