3.6 upgrade to 4.1 went wrong
Uninstalled everything and reinstalled 3.6. It now has a yellow status icon

Does anyone know what this might be or is it just to do with the authentication/license key being entered incorrectly?

This is the dreaded "unknown" status. Question: Did the services start after you upgraded to BES 4.1? If the services started then you are screwed and will have to either reinstall 4.1 or create a new DB in 3.6.

How far did u get in the upgrade process? What error(s) did you receive??
