8703e browser slower than 8100

My 8100 with the broswer set to the exact same config as 8703e is as fast or faster on 80% of web pages I visit. My browser is set to IE emulation with no java scripting. If I turn that on the 8703e is even worse. Bberries have been optimized on gsm for a while, but I am a bit surpised and dissapointed. Too bad I no longer have the q to compare side by side also. Will compare my wife's 700w as well. I have opera on the 8100, but not the 8703..yet so I will try that to see if it is better.
