Ringtones can not be downloaded to the phone with Desktop Manager. You can search the forums for ringtone information or read this thread on ringtones and how to get them ..... Download Ringtones!

Not sure which programs you are interested in, there are plenty of cool programs that are free and ones you have to purchase. You can search the Aftermarket Software Forum here or you can browse Handango.com. You can also visit mobile.blackberry.com from your BB for software & themes

definitely get berry 411, as well as google maps. you will never get lost or need to dial 411 again. its a extremely clutch bb program. also bb messenger of course.
