Is there a way to import the addresses in my outlook into my addresses on my blackberry? I just figured out the Calender thing, sorry I'm a new owner, and that helps out greatly but what about the adresses and phone numbers. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Yes you can. RIM's Desktop Manager Software which uses Intellisync has full support for Outlook [not Outlook Express]. So you can import and sync the Calendar, Contacts, Tasks & Notes.
