Been trying to get help with PocketDay Pro from them for several days - nothing! Anyone know what's going on?

I got an answer to my question in hour. Actually it was the middle of the night from

3 emails this week to (as the support option in the Pocketday menu indicates) and 1 yesterday evening to l nothing.

We have responded to everyone of your emails. You must have some SPAM filter or something blocking our mail. Are you using an SBC email address. If so, it's not working.

I haven't received any of them. Not using a spam filter and seem to getting my other email ok. Possibility the reply to you have for me is .com instead of .net? I've made that mistake before but thought i was over it.

If you send a question to them from your BB by selectiong support in PD, you get an answer very quickly. I have software issues from time to time and they always answer quick. Its like they have no life and just wait for our emails. .

Have no idea why I didn't receive their emails, got everything else, maybe SBC is blocking them...I don't know. But, happy ending. The folks a Cross River got me what I needed and I thank them!.

My purpose for this thread was not to bash, only to figure out why I was not hearing back from them.

I never got an email from them either, but then again I havent had an issue with their product so havent had a need to email customer service ....

Just a lil humor , glad you got your issues resolved as this is a great program.
