I've been looking up and down the options menu for a place where the PRL info is stored. Is there a way to find what PRL version is on the 7130e?

On most other Sprint phones you can dial ##786# in the phone app to see this information. I'm not sure if that works on BBs or not.

No guarantees this will work on a 7130e (never played with one), but on my BB, I can open the phone screen and type in #HELP*, hit enter and a status screen or sorts appears. PRL is one of the many bits of information listed there.

That doesn't work on a 7130e. It's a mystery what the PRL rev is.

#4357* then press the "talk" button (#help* on a normal phone keypad) will get you to the service screen. Underneath the language list you will see

PRL Version: 20224 (or whatever the current version is)
