I been searching this forum, the T Mobile website, I called customer service and I have not found the answer, I need to disable the vibrate mode for the AIM service. I hate when the phone vibrates everytime I receive and I.M. Specially when I'm in a meeting, it's all quiet and it starts vibrating, please help me! LOL

Hmm..that's funny - mine never goes in to vibrate mode - no matter what ring profile I have selected it is an audible (and usually pretty loud) tone. Much worse than a vibration! I have to stayed logged off.
