Default Change Battery Indicator to Numerical %?

Please Login to Remove!

On some of the old blackberries you could change the battery indicator to display numerical values -- percentages? Can you do that with the 8700. I find myself going to Options-Status to see the actual percentage when it's getting below 40%. I searched the forum and couldn't find anything.

On the 7290 it was possible... I do not see any way to change it on the 8700....

Never seen that either. You can change the signal meter to dB numbers but not the battery. However, from the home screen you can type alt + EACE and that will give some info including battery status. Might be a little quicker than going to options-status.

From your home screen press Alt>NMLL. That should do it...

That changes the signal strength. Not the battery strength.
