Default Problem with decryption errors

Please Login to Remove!

I have posted on this several times and have gotten some suggestions but no success. I have done a java loader wipe and reinstallation and still get decryption error, please regenerate key. I found this in my log. Does it mean anything to anyone?

The encryption key is not in sync between your BlackBerry and the BES server. Once you complete the enterprise activation the errors will go away. You are on BES right?!?

Yes I am on the latest version of BES. No one else in the company is having these issues. I seem to get all of my emails, I just periodically get the decryption message. I have done a handheld wipe and reactivation;and a javaloader wipe and reactivation but the problem persists.

Goto Settings > Options > Security Options > General Settings > scroll down to Services > press scroll wheel, Regenerate Encryption Key

Have the BES admin force the regen of encryption keys. If not, I am out of ideas. Defective unit?!?

How can the BES admin force this without connecting the device to the BES machine?

Has the device you are using ever been used in a different BES environment? I've seen this issue when taking a device between my test and production environments.
