Default BIS email account conflict- BIS shows account, but handset doesn't

Please Login to Remove!

I've logged into my BIS account and setup up two pop accounts, one from my own personal web host and the other is gmail.

I've noticed on my handset that I only have two folders. The Messages folder and a new one for my gmail account. But I don't see one for the other pop account. It was reversed earlier today- I saw the first account, but not the gmail account. I'm not sure what happened or how to get these back to visible (I have my menu set to "show all").

I do get the emails in the missing account, but they have signifcant delays and they just show up in the generic Messages folder.

I'm not sure if this is important, but I started off with BIS only (through cingular) and then got the BES plan a day later- I'm not sure if that effects my BIS service at all.

HAHA that is a good one . I have to do that every so often since my work email times out and turns the address into *invalid. Once I resend the service book, I am back up and running. By the way, Welcome to the Forums!
