Just went through a Enterprise RE-activation this morning. Still not seeing the LN folders when I try to file. They used to be there as I have one message I had been able to file when we first activated these devices, and if I go to it then view folders, the LN folders are there. The release notes for the latest release of the OS states that this is a known issue with no workaround.

Unhappy

blasted known issues. I've found myself letting my work email stay in my inbox for awhile, then either going through and filing all of it while in Outlook, or saying to myself "I will be stuck in traffic tonight, I'll delete the service book and clear the folders, then file all the work email when i'm bored tonight and undelete the service book when i get done.

I wish it was my Web Client folders that were lost, i tend to just delete those emails after reading anyway

THERE IS A SOLUTION! Worked for me at least...

1) Delete the WebClient Service Book
2) Connect to Desktop and Clear "Folders" database
3) You should see some data activity as BES folders are recreated OTA
4) You should now be able to file your BES mail in BES folders
5) File a few emails to make sure it's working
6) Go to BWC and resend service book
7) You'll get the service book AND....

ALL you'll see are BES folders! NO BWC folders which is perfect since I never used them. I've had this for a few days and multiple resets (removing apps) haven't changed anything.

When I click on a BES email I have the option to "File." When I click on a BWC email, there's no "File" option.

Works great for me until they fix it!

Deleting the WebClient Service Book and clearing the folders restores the BES folders for filing. However, as soon as I resend and receive a new service book from the WebClient the problem reappears. It seems that without the WebClient Service Book I can still receive emails through the BWC, but cannot reply/send emails through the BWC, which is 'OK' until a permanent fix is in place.

I know I'm digging up an old thread, but this issue plagued me on my 7290 for the entire time I had it, i just recently got a 8700, did the "Individual email activation" for my BWC account and synched with the 4.1.1 Desktop Manager for BES activation, and a day later it brings up the proper folders when I try to file messages (joy!).

I know it's not really a "solution", but figured I'd pass it on.
