I had the Jabra BT250V before with my RAZR. I really loved the headset. It was really comfortable. You would even forget that it was there. The only problem that I had, which I think was the RAZR's fault, is that it would disconnect because of a week signal. This happeneds when the phone is right next to the headset. I never figured it out though. Other than that, I loved that headset.

Now Im using the HS-655 & I'm loving it!

I've read where plantronics have a lag on answering with the Pearl??
Does the voice dial work. I've read the command has to be spoken in 3 parts instead of "Call Bob Jones mobile".??? Instead you have to say Call*** Bob Jones***Mobile.

I'd say beware of the Jabra BT125. That's what I have now, and I can't wait to get something else. The ear hook broke within the first week. Now it's held together with krazy glue and heat shrink tubing. Now the shell is actually cracking too. Other than that, the electronics and sound quality are fine.

I have also found there is improved recognition through the Voice Command function as well.

Hope this helps.

Will it work with voice dialing when the BB is in the holster in standby mode, i will be buying this on either ebay or direct from the shop in the US and i want to make sure that it will work the voice dialing as i will only use it when i am driving in Thailand

The Plantronics 665 seems to me to be the same as the BB665?

Highly recommend the Plantronics 655... previously used a Plantronics Voyager for about 2 years... highly recommend Plantronics, good product, fair pricing, and durable.

my bluetooth confessions:

started out with them motorola boom-flip headsets. so/so

migrated over to the motorola non-flip headsets: still so/so

transitioned to plantronics discovery 640: not bad (charging system was tedious to use, sometimes did not nest with cradle right)

arriving today will be the jawbone

cannot pass judgement on what i have not used yet, but i hear the jawbone is the best. plantronics is good and easy to use. better than motorola headsets i would say.
