I do not seem to get an audible or vibrate alert when i get a new voicemail.

I get a pop up on the screen but nothing audible or vibrate.

I am assuming it has something to do with my settings in my profile.

However, I can not figure out which alert from within the Profile >>> Advanced area I need to change / set to my liking.

There are many & none are labeled voicemail.

Can someone please tell me which one controls the voicemail alert?

Try the settings for SMS. I think that's what the voicemail uses.

That worked - the SMS setting thanks. I wish these could be separate.

If SMS is for text messages and voicemail, then what is "Level 1 messages" and "Messages" for? Can't figure that out.

Messsages are for email and Level 1 Messages are for whatever you flag as Level 1 in your filters.
