When I try to check my hotmail account on my 8703e it says that the site needs JavaScript in order to access the site. I have tried to enable JavaScript and had no luck.

Is it possible to access the site?

What version of the BB OS do you have. Both 4.1 and 4.2 have updates for JS support.

Given how hard it is to support JS now with all of AJAX usage I would not hold my breath on getting it to work in a cell phone.

I've had this for about a week. Am I running the latest OS for 8703e?

Why not have the hotmail sent directly to the BB - I do and its a piece of cake

Howdy, is the BB firmware upgradeable? My treo was like that, and I know I've got 4.1 on my 8703e - but if it's beneficial to have 4.2 and its upgradeable, I'd like to do that.

OS 4.2 is not available yet for the 87xx devices. Supposedly on the way soon...

I'm running 4.1 and I have my hotmail pushed to me...although I have Sprint, but that shouldn't matter...

Yeah, I guess that is the easiest thing to do.

Another problem I've come across is browsing pics on myspace. I have no problem viewing the first page, but am unable to view other pages of pics. I keep receiving an error. Something like "an error occured while requesting javascript"

Is this just something else I have to deal with?
