I am looking for baseball stat software for the BlackBerry. Basically for coaching purposes. I seem to be able to find it for every handheld operating system under the sun, EXCEPT for
BlackBerry? I use my BlackBerry for just about everything and this would be the perfect addition! If I could find it......

Are you looking for more than just scores? I think Pocket Express will give you scores.

I am looking for player and team stats, scoring games, etc. Basically everything you do manually as a coach but be able to do it on my BlackBerry. There are hundreds of versions for Palm, but none for BlackBerry.

Well, Baseball season has now begun and I am STILL hunting for that elusive Baseball stat (and scoring) software to keep track of my daughter's team. Our coach would love it too for his BlackBerry. Seems that there is a program out there for just about every version of handheld EXCEPT for BlackBerry. If anyone has any idea where I could find one, it would very much be appreciated.

Have you looked on Handango...there are a couple of Pocket PC...you may find something there

Nothing for BlackBerry OS at Handango........but there are 151 different ones for Palm OS, Windows Mobile Pocket PC.........

I sympathize with you on this one. I used to score games with Scorepad for palm os since its beginning and I miss it badly. If I knew how to program, this would be the first genre I would attempt. If you ever find one let me know too.

If your looking for a Palm OS program, the one I used, and still think is the best one out there, is Scorepad. You can find it here:

Bumping this in the hopes (many prayers and begging!) that someone, somewhere has decided to provide Baseball stat software to the BlackBerry platform! Surely coaches would love to have something on their BB to keep track of everything, schedules, results, batting averages, line ups, etc? Think of the possibilities for other sports too, soccer, hockey, etc?

Coaches??? Sorry, everyone knows that it's coaches wives that have to keep up with that kind of stuff...........I am praying that my husband doesn't see this forum topic......haha. It's bad enough that I have to keep the scorebook, the digital scout program on the pda and run the camcorder. If I had to put it on my blackberry too, I'd never know what was going on.......haha.

I just wish I could find a pitch counter. Like the OP said, tons for Palm, not so much for BB.

Are you Excel savvy? I always did stats for the teams I coached on a multi-tab spreadsheet. You could then open on BB.
