To the best of my knowledge, none of the BBs themselves support it, but some carriers offer voice dialing. For instance, see Cingular's offering:

BlackBerry do not contain builtin voice dialing, however, on some carriers you can press a speedial key and connect yourself to the equivalent of voice dialing service (remotely-based voice dialing service such as Cingular's)
