Hello Everyone,
I have an exchange server 2007 environment and i have just received my link to the new version of 4.1.3 bes software from RIM. This is my problem:

Even though i have followed the details from teh instalation guide with regards to the installation settings, I keep getting and error when add a new user to the BES it keeps initializing. I have done quite a bit of troubleshooting so far with my Roger's tech support, but we keep getting the issue of the user failing to be initialized. I have printed the output of the IEMStest log when verifying the permissions:

I figure if we can get this error fixed my problem will be resolved.
