I'm hoping someone has run across this and can tell me what is going on. I have a user that has an 8700c with the latest OS version. He has Call History turned on for his phone logs. On some numbers when looking at their history, he sees the wrong date on the calls. It doesn't matter if its incoming or outgoing. Its very random and kind of annoying. He just recently had a number show up on incoming that he doesn't remember receiving that was actually sent 4 times and was an hour in the future; say the current time is 8:30am and the call was received and 9:30am with today's date. The Date/Time Source was set to Blackberry and we've changed it to Network to see if that helps. If anyone has any insight into why this is happening, I would appreciate it.

I've seen this happen before when the logs have been overwritten by the DM. Have you recently imported data from a backup?

No we haven't done anything recently with a backup. This device was just given to the user. Its so odd and random that I can't find way to duplicate it. I have no idea if this is happening to anyone else since no one else is looking at call history like this guy does.

And if the unit was just given to the user, you don't know if that has been an ongoing issue with the previous user?
