I have a tower .3 miles from my house that was having issues causing network failures are very poor call quality..so I called in and they opened a "call quality" ticket and within 24 hours an engineer was at my house..they discovered a bad t1 and had to pass it off to bellsouth. At this point I was concerned, but they had it repaired within 72 hours and I got no less than 7 calls from customer care following up to check and see if things were better and 3 calls from the engineer telling me t1 was repaired and they had been in the area testing all day!! Kudos to att for their efforts and I won't hesitate to move my other two lines off VZW as well.

Even though I'm not long term VZW customer, I can sympathize that Verizon isn't really concerned with customer care, it's kind of like "your phone works, so be happy that is does and don't complain"
