The BES user list shows the handheld versions of almost all our users. There are some exceptions, and usually with good reason. They either haven't had their handhelds on since we started with BES 4.1, or their handheld software is lower than 4. Then there's one odd one. We know for a fact that her handheld version is 4.0.2.37, and she's sending and receiving mail with it, but still, no asset information shows. Why is that? Can we fix it without interrupting her service?

Has an Enterprise Activation been perform on that devices on BES 4.x?

As far as I know. The user was already on the server when it was upgraded from 3.6 to 4.1.3 and has normal service. The only thing wrong is the asset data not showing up.

You need to perform a BES 4.1 Enterprise Activation.
