Status error 500

Hello,
New to both Blackberry and WAP i have done fairly well in setting up and getting going however traditional call centre blues get me down when I try to get support so thought I would give this forum a shout.
Why on accessing some website via WAP do I get Status errors (500) 'sorry could not be loaded' .... is there anything I can do?
